I accidentally ordered the wrong watch band and the seller was willing to work with me and switched it around. My watch band arrived and it’s so awesome! Way better than I thought it would be. Also I work in a hospital and need to wipe it down a lot and it hasn’t broken down. 10/10 would recommend.

I don't think I have ever been so satisfied with a purchase on Etsy. Ever. Seller offers designs on several types of watch bands. I noticed she offered an Outlander band but not on the watch type I have. I messaged her, to ask if she was able to make it in the watch band I need and she was more than happy to make it! She verified watch type, color and design. It arrived quickly and fits perfectly. Highly recommend this shop!
